Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Omnia-Voice Oy ("Omnia-Voice," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of our website at https://omnia-voice.com, our hosted applications, platform, voice and AI services, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services").
By clicking "I Agree", creating an account, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference).
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
1. Service Overview
Omnia-Voice provides conversational voice and AI-powered solutions, tools, and integrations that allow users to interact with data, systems, and digital interfaces.
We may also provide software development tools for developers to build or extend features on the Services ("Developer Tools").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you warrant that:
- you are legally able to enter a binding contract, and
- your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, the individual accepting these Terms confirms they are authorised to bind that organisation.

You may be required to register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Omnia-Voice is not responsible for degraded performance caused by denied permissions.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal and lawful purposes.
You may not:
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Services
- bypass security controls or usage limits
- resell or sublicense the Services unless expressly authorised
If prohibited by law from using the Services, you may not use them.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content, software, data, and technology in the Services are owned by Omnia-Voice or our licensors. You obtain no ownership rights by using our Services.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms.
7. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms. Their use is governed solely by those providers' terms and policies.
We are not responsible for:
- the availability or accuracy of third-party services
- any harm or loss caused by third-party content
- AI output produced using third-party models
8. User Content
You may submit content, including text, audio, files, prompts, and interactions ("User Content"). You retain all ownership of your User Content.
You grant Omnia-Voice a worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- host, store, display, process, analyse, and use User Content
- generate outputs such as transcripts and AI-based responses
- improve and operate the Services
You are solely responsible for User Content and ensuring you have the rights to provide it.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- violate any law or third-party rights
- upload harmful, illegal, or deceptive content
- attempt to manipulate or misuse AI models
- interfere with Service operations or security
- scrape, mine, or copy data except as permitted
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
10. Changes to the Services
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We are not liable for changes that affect accessibility to User Content, so please retain backups of important data.
11. Termination
You may stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination:
- your license to use the Services ends immediately
- we may delete or restrict access to your content

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee that:
- Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate
- AI-generated output will be correct or reliable
You use the Services at your own risk.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under Finnish or EU law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
- Omnia-Voice shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our maximum aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is €100
These limitations apply regardless of legal theory.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Omnia-Voice and its personnel from claims arising from:
- your misuse of the Services
- your violation of these Terms
- your infringement of rights of others

- pursue mandatory consumer protections under EU law
We may offer mediation where beneficial, but no binding U.S.-style arbitration applies.
